lateness:

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment,

you will be charged the same price as the service that was booked, however you will receive a lesser service.

If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment,

your appointment will be considered cancelled and cancellation policy below will take effect.

 
Cancellations:

 

No-shows / no-calls (or texts) are not tolerated and will result in no future bookings.

New Clients: 

A $50 deposit is required to hold your first appointment. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice.

Current Clients: 

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice,

25% of your appointment cost will be due prior to your next appointment. 

less than 12 hours notice, 

50% of your appointment cost will be due prior to your next appointment.

less than 6 hours notice,

100% of your appointment cost will be due prior to your next appointment.

... less than 24 hours notice 3 times,

a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the service cost will be due prior to any future appointments.

 
services:

I do not apply or remove Acrylic nails, which includes Dip Powder.

If you come in to your appointment with dip or acrylic nails on, you will be charged for the service that was booked but you will receive a lesser service or may be refused service all together.

 
payment:

I prefer the following forms of payment:

Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, & Cash

I do accept credit cards, however there is a 3% fee

 
booking:

 

No new client first appointments on Saturdays.

 

Appointments may only be booked 48 hours (or more) in advance.

 

All appointments will be booked into online booking system (Vagaro). If you do not recieve an email and/or text confirmation of your appointment, then your appointment is not confirmed.
